1) DEVELOPMENT VARIANCE PERMIT AND COMMERCIAL/ INDUSTRIAL FORM AND CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT PERMIT – 8958 CLARKSON AVENUE (1249178 BC LTD.)
 
Memorandum dated January 31, 2022 regarding Development Variance Permit and Commercial/ Industrial Form and Character Development Permit – 8958 Clarkson Avenue (1249178 BC Ltd.) for the following:

• Commercial/ Industrial Form and Character Development Permit DP4C 22 for the development of a recreational vehicle park and tourist accommodation units; and
• Development Variance Permit DV 1C 22 to vary the north and south side yard setbacks for the external staircases by 0.7 metres respectively and to vary the height of the tourist accommodation structures from 8.0 metres to 10.0 metres. [Item]
