| Civic Room, located at 770 Harmston Avenue, Courtenay, BC commencing at 2:00 pm. The chair of the commission will preside over the meeting according to the CVRD procedure bylaw. This meeting may include participation by members of the commission via electronic communication. This meeting is not meant for general public input. If members of the public wish to speak at a meeting, they should contact the CVRD Legislative Services Department to request to appear as a delegation. Report dated April 7, 2022 regarding a recent study and analysis into Comox Valley Water Pollution Control Centre odour performance following completion of odour control upgrades at the facility in 2021, which included installation of bioreactor covers and a new wet chemical scrubber for receipt. Recommendation: | ||||||
THAT based on the odour dispersion modelling results presented within the report completed by RWDI Air Inc. dated February 18, 2022, staff develop an operational limit for day to day odours from the Comox Valley Water Pollution Control Centre to be included within the Good Neighbour Policy for consideration by the Comox Valley Sewage Commission. | ||||||
