THAT based on the odour dispersion modelling results presented within the report completed by RWDI Air Inc. dated February 18, 2022, staff develop an operational limit for day to day odours from the Comox Valley Water Pollution Control Centre to be included within the Good Neighbour Policy for consideration by the Comox Valley Sewage Commission. |
