| Civic Room, located at 770 Harmston Avenue, Courtenay, BC commencing at 2:30 pm. The chair of the committee will preside over the meeting according to the CVRD procedure bylaw. This meeting may include participation by members of the committee via electronic communication. This meeting is not meant for general public input. If members of the public wish to speak at a meeting, they should contact the CVRD Legislative Services Department to request to appear as a delegation. Recommendation #1: | ||||||
THAT the proposed 2023–2027 operating financial plan for the Regional Parks and Trails Service, function 625, be approved. | ||||||
Recommendation #2: | ||||||
THAT staff be directed to bring forward the appropriate bylaws to establish both a future expenditures reserve and a capital works reserve for the Regional Parks and Trails Service, function 625. | ||||||

THAT staff be directed to proceed with the issuance of a Request for Proposal for a Regional Parks and Trails strategic plan based on the scope of services as outlined in the staff report dated February 23, 2023 and subject to the approval of the 2023–2027 operating financial plan for the Regional Parks and Trails Service, function 625. | ||||||
