THAT the 2024 parcel tax roll for the Graham Lake Local Water Service area be received: |

3) | CORRECTION OF THE ROLL BY THE COLLECTOR, IF REQUIRED |
|
The Chief Financial Officer will advise of any corrections or updates to the parcel tax roll. |
|
|
4) | LETTERS OF COMPLAINT IF RECEIVED AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE SITTING OF THE ROLL REVIEW PANEL |
|
Written complaints that were received at least 48 hours before the panel meeting are posted here for consideration by the panel. A person may make a complaint to the panel on one or more of the following grounds:
• error or omission of the name or address on the roll
• error or omission respecting the inclusion of parcel
• error or omission respecting the taxable area or taxable frontage of a parcel
• an exemption has been improperly allowed or disallowed. |

The panel is to review the written requests and may direct the correction of the parcel tax roll respecting any matter referred above. |
