| Civic Room, located at 770 Harmston Avenue, Courtenay, BC commencing at 1:30 pm. The chair of the committee will preside over the meeting according to the CVRD procedure bylaw. This meeting may include participation by members of the committee via electronic communication. This meeting is not meant for general public input. If members of the public wish to speak at a meeting, they should contact the CVRD Legislative Services Department to request to appear as a delegation. THAT the draft Strategic Plan for the Regional Parks and Trails Service, as attached to the staff report dated May 22, 2024, be received. | ||||||
Recommendation #2: | ||||||
THAT staff report back to the Regional Parks and Trails Committee and present an updated final draft plan which incorporates feedback received from K’ómoks First Nation, interest groups and the committee. | ||||||
