Cole-Hamilton: THAT the report dated April 7, 2022 regarding a recent study and analysis into Comox Valley Water Pollution Control Centre odour performance following completion of odour control upgrades at the facility in 2021, which included installation of bioreactor covers and a new wet chemical scrubber be received.
