| J. MacLean, Planner II, provided an overview of the memorandum dated January 20, 2022 regarding Development Permit (DP 13A 21) under the guidelines of the Kensington Comprehensive Development Permit Area. [Item] | ||||||
| The applicant's agent, Kevin Brooks, was in attendance. | ||||||

Loxam: THAT the Area A Advisory Planning Commission support the Development Permit application DP 13A 21, Island Highway (34083 Yukon Inc.) as proposed in the memorandum dated January 2022 as the current plans appear to be well thought out and comprehensive and in accordance with the design guidelines as outlined by regional district staff. | ||||||
