| COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL (FORM AND CHARACTER) DEVELOPMENT PERMIT APPLICATION DP 15A 21, 501 HOLIDAY ROAD (FANNY BAY RESORT INC.) | ||||||
| B. Chow, Planner II, provided an overview of the memorandum dated February 15, 2022 regarding Commercial and Industrial (Form and Character) Development Permit Application DP 15A 21, 501 Holiday Road (Fanny Bay Resort Inc.) to consider a proposed campground. [Item] | ||||||
| Rob Beckwermert, owner, and Jordan Brietzke and Kaeley Wiseman, owner's agents, were in attendance. | ||||||
| The commission agreed on the following general statement:
We have concerns regarding this development as it does not fit the form and Character of the neighbourhood although it is already zoned for tourist commercial use . We are concerned about behavioural issues and land use conflicts with neighbours that will require resolutions in the future. | ||||||
