| PROPOSED TELECOMMUNICATIONS TOWER – 1891 GUTHRIE ROAD CYPRESS LAND SERVICES/FREEDOM MOBILE INC. | ||||||
| B. Chow, Planner II, provided an overview of the memorandum dated April 4, 2022 regarding the proposed construction of a 31.0 metre tall telecommunications tower on the property located at 1891 Guthrie Road, zoned Rural ALR. [Item] | ||||||
| Chair McClintock joined the meeting. | ||||||
| B. Thompson/D. Page: THAT the Agricultural Advisory Planning Commission support the proposed telecommunications tower – 1891 Guthrie Road (Cypress Land Services/Freedom Mobile Inc) as proposed in the memorandum dated April 4, 2022 with the following recommendation:
• that the siting of the tower in the middle of the field be reviewed as to the impact on agricultural use; • that consideration be given to move the tower to the south boundary so that the site is less impacted for farming by road building. | ||||||
