A. Gibson/B. Lowey: THAT the Area B Advisory Planning Commission support the proposed construction of a 31.0 metre tall telecommunications tower on the property located at 1891 Guthrie Road application as proposed in the memorandum dated April 4, 2022 for the following reasons:
• The tower is as unobtrusive as it can be, located back from roads and within a treed area
• The addition of this tower will benefit many in the community through added mobile connectivity |

Thiessen, Planner, provided an overview of the memorandum dated April 6, 2022 regarding Development Variance Permit DV 3B 22 – 737 Sand Pines Drive (Finneron/Tarala) to increase the height of a nearly-completed accessory building from 7.00 metres to 7.85 metres, and to decrease the side yard lot line setback from 1.75 metres to 1.48 metres for the foundation, and from 0.88 metres to 0.67 metres for the eaves.
