D. Thiessen, Policy and Planning Analyst, provided an overview of the memorandum dated August 3, 2022 regarding a proposal by Telus Communications Inc. and SitePath Consulting Ltd. to construct a 43.0 metre tall telecommunication antenna system on a property located at 1388 Ellenor Road. [Item] |

B. Thompson/R. Poirier: THAT the Agricultural Advisory Planning Commission support moving forward with public consultation for the proposed construction of a 43.0 metre tall telecommunication antenna system on a property located at 1388 Ellenor Road with the following recommendations:
- Additional consultation and advertising for the meetings
- That power lines be buried along the access road. |

Thiessen, Policy and Planning Analyst, provided an overview of the report dated August 8, 2022 regarding Agricultural Land Reserve Non - Adhering Residential Use application - 6821 Farnham Road (Michaud/Armstrong) to convert an accessory building into an additional dwelling unit for one of the owners. B. Thompson/R. Poirier: THAT the Agricultural Advisory Planning Commission support forwarding the Agricultural Land Reserve Non - Adhering Residential Use application - 6821 Farnham Road (Michaud/Armstrong) to the Agricultural Land Commission (ALC) for the following reasons:
- The housing supports the farming activities, which are progressing;
- The fact that it’s an existing building should not be a reason to turn down the additional dwelling;
- Using the existing building reduces the additional impact of adding an additional dwelling as would be permitted by the ALC. |
