| W. Cole-Hamilton/N. Minions: THAT the Board amend Bylaw No. 129 being the “Comox Valley Water Conservation Bylaw No. 129, 2010” to the revised bylaw attached as Appendix A to this staff report dated May 5, 2023;
AND FURTHER THAT the board give first, second and third reading to the amendment to Bylaw No. 129. | ||||||
