Mullaly General Manager of Planning and Development         RECOGNITION OF TRADITIONAL TERRITORIES: The Chair acknowledged that the meeting was being held on the unceded traditional territory of the K’ómoks First Nation and read the following Call to Action from the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada: Calls to Action report: Call to Action 30 - Justice: We call upon federal, provincial, and territorial governments to commit to eliminating the overrepresentation of Aboriginal people in custody over the next decade, and to issue detailed annual reports that monitor and evaluate progress in doing so.     ADOPTION OF MINUTES: D. Wells: THAT the information presented by Andy Frost and Donna Baydock, Comox Valley Ukrainian Cultural Society, regarding upcoming events to raise awareness and funds to support Ukrainian families relocating to the North Island, and to request funding support for ongoing activities be received. Wells: THAT the information presented by Jim Smiley and Denise Savoie regarding the feasibility study completed by FORT-VI for the potential conversion of Island Rail Corridor to an active transportation trail and their request that a business case for the corridor for all uses, be received. Grant: THAT the Agricultural Land Commission be advised that the Comox Valley Regional District supports Agricultural Land Reserve Non-Adhering Residential Use application (Application ID: 68150) concerning the development of an additional residence larger than 90 square metres located on Lot 3, District Lot 203, Comox District, Plan 25964, PID 001-598-554 (6049 Headquarters Road); AND FINALLY THAT this application regarding a non-adhering residential use on a property within the Agricultural Land Reserve be forwarded to the Agricultural Land Commission for final consideration. 208 and 213 Carried   TERMINATION: D.
