Marsh, Planner II, provided an overview of the letter dated November 10, 2023 regarding Development Variance Permit application – 1891 Vera Drive (Kneeland/Dunsmore) to reduce the side yard setback for an existing home from 3.5 metres to 2.88 metres with a roof overhang of 2.24 metres from the lot line.
