| TELECOMMUNICATION ANTENNA SYSTEM - 1901 LARCH ROAD (BUTCHER) | ||||||
| A. Marginet, Planner I, provided an overview of the letter dated September 26, 2024 regarding a proposal by Rogers Communications Inc. and SitePath Consulting Ltd. to construct a 53.0-metre-tall telecommunication antenna system on property located at 1901 Larch Road. [Item] | ||||||
| Brian Gregg, SitePath Consulting Ltd., was in attendance. | ||||||
| M. Obal/T. Ludwig: THAT the Agricultural Advisory Planning Commission support the proposal by Rogers Communications Inc. and SitePath Consulting Ltd. to construct a telecommunication antenna system on property located at 1901 Larch Road for the following reasons:
- The proposed development site of the tower is in the best possible location; - The agricultural capacity of the land is already compromised. - It will enhance 911 service to the area. | ||||||
