R. Esterer/D. Peardon: THAT the Area B Advisory Planning Commission support the proposal by Rogers Communications Inc. and SitePath Consulting Ltd. to construct a telecommunication antenna system on property located at 1901 Larch Road for the following reasons:

- The need for better Cell Coverage in this area exists;
- Placement of the tower is in a suitable location - it is sited away from other homes and bordering the park;
- Use of land is acceptable on the zoning of both RU-ALR and Tourist Commercial.
- The committee recommends consideration of the Tower height being 50M (or 150 Ft) and how this location and the cell phone reception coverage for any of the areas north of the tower be impacted by the height of the trees (or potential height) in the adjacent Seal Bay Park.
